Project Overview

PRetc is a medium-sized Jamaican agency operating from Kingston, Jamaica. With a strong background and success in offering crisis management and investor relations to their clients, this offered them the opportunity to garner the confidence of additional clients and quickly grow. With that growth McKenzie Williams saw the opportunity to guide them in that transition and so offers a host of services on a needed basis.

Project Execution

Thought Leadership: McKenzie Williams uses its years of global operational and marketing experience to mentor the directors with strategic company decisions.

Talent acquisition: PRetc's clientele requires the agency to be agile and responsive to their needs. This requires a particular type of staff persona that's suited for the industry. McKenzie Williams has processed 40% of their full-time staff.

Digital Marketing: As a marketing integrator McKenzie Williams provides all administrative and paid digital marketing services for both in-house needs and for PRetc's clients.

Marketing Coaching: While there is a mixture of senior and junior staff at PRetc, McKenzie Williams offers ongoing coaching to the latter in order to continuously develop work-force skills with operational benefits for the agency as a whole.

Marketing Communications: We offer feedback, creative direction and multimedia production services for both in-house needs and for PRetc's clients
