How can I be sure the work will be done since the set-up is remote?

What are your payment terms?
This is usually 7 or 30 days depending on the services provided.
What are the payment options?
We accept wire transfers and payment through PayPal. Credit card processing will be implemented shortly.
Can I get a quote for a custom package?
Absolutely. Actually most of our quotes are custom built depending on your company's particular situation.
What is the typical timeline for a project?
This all depends on the scope of work you have or that we'll recommend. However we like to think in blocks of two weeks to achieve milestones in a project.
Do you guarantee marketing results?
This is a bit tricky. While we definitely believe you'll gain valuable direction from us, results are based on a successful collaboration, an appropriate budget and a unique selling proposition that's advertised well.
